From garden to table. Homemade pumpkin soup made with a pumpkin that I grew in my garden. Noms! Pretty chuffed.
Today I had a chicken burger from Ogalo (Portuguese chicken shop) and some chips with aioli for lunch. Normally I would feel guilty and sick, worrying about how much exercise I would have to do to burn it off. But you know what? Today I sat in the sun and enjoyed my meal. I savoured every bite because it was really yum! I did not fill my head with labels like ‘treat’ or ‘cheat meal’ but enjoyed it for what it was - food.
And hey, I’ll probably get the runs later as I have a very sensitive stomach but it will have been worth it! TMI? Hahaha!
