Today I did a workout with some of my guy friends. My boy bestie Luke is pretty good at lifting and whatnot so went through a whole body workout.

Pull-ups
Bench press (max 40kg)
Squats (max 60kg)
Rows
Ab circuit

I haven&#8217;t lifted heavy in soooo long and it was really challenging! But a lot of fun too. Made me miss lifting (which is what I did for the past few years before doing Kayla Itsines&#8217; BGG). Luke really pushed me and the bench press and squat weights were my PB. Pretty proud of my efforts haha. Even when I had a trainer back home he only created my programmes, I never trained with him and I have always just trained by myself. Therefore I feel like even though I always pushed myself, maybe I never pushed myself as much as I could have since I never had a spotter.

Anyway, now I&#8217;m left wondering what I should do training wise now that I&#8217;ve finished the BGG.
